Founded in 2011 in Switzerland, RF Polissage opened its branch in Kosovo in 2016 and has since grown to become Kosovo's largest polishing company, with 100 dedicated employees.

2011

First steps

RF Polissage was founded by the Sejdiu brothers in Switzerland, marking the start of a dedicated pursuit of exceptional craftsmanship in polishing services for watch elements and jewelry. From the outset, the brothers were committed to quality and precision, employing advanced techniques and meticulous attention to detail. Their passion quickly garnered a reputation for excellence, attracting clients who valued high standards in the luxury market. The company’s beginnings laid a strong foundation, driven by a vision to enhance the beauty and functionality of every piece they handled.

2016

Growing up

As demand for their services grew, the brothers made a strategic decision to expand their operations to Ferizaj, Kosovo. This move allowed them to tap into the region’s skilled labor force while maintaining their commitment to quality. With a modest team of just five workers, the Ferizaj branch was designed to uphold the same high standards that defined their Swiss facility. This expansion not only increased production capacity but also reinforced their mission of providing outstanding service and craftsmanship. The local presence allowed them to strengthen relationships with clients and respond more effectively to market needs.

2023

New Factory

The company’s continued growth and success led to the opening of a new, state-of-the-art factory in Ferizaj. This facility is a testament to RF Polissage’s commitment to innovation and quality, equipped with the latest technology to enhance polishing techniques and efficiency. With this expansion, the workforce has grown to over 100 dedicated professionals, each contributing their skills and expertise to uphold the company’s reputation. The new factory allows for greater production capabilities while ensuring that every piece meets the rigorous quality standards that clients expect.
